The Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has bought the most expensive house in Portugal for $11 million.
In 2008, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo bought a house in the Algarve for €18 million. The house has a pool, a helipad, a cinema room, a wine cellar and a total of four bedrooms.
But this time round, the 37-year-old is understood to have acquired an $ 11 million villa in Portugal which is said to be the most expensive house in the country.
The three-storeyed villa has incredible features, including five bedrooms, a garden and an outstanding swimming pool.
Ronaldo bought the property from a wealthy Portuguese businessman. It is rumoured that, he bought it as part of his preparations to return to Portugal and also return to Sporting Lisbon.
Ronaldo’s contract with Man United expires at the end of the season. And because he’s out of shape, he’s unlikely to be offered a new contract at Old Trafford.
In spite of a difficult start to the season, Ronaldo seems to be doing fine off the pitch.
