The 21 year old attacker, Afriyie Barnieh joined Accra Hearts of Oak in the 2015/2016 season and has made an initial three year deal in 2019.
Accra Hearts of Oak is one of the biggest club in the Ghana premier league. Barnieh has been an instrumental player and has made a lot of achievements ever since he joined the club.
He was awarded the best player of the club and the Ghana premier league. He has scored 22 goals and 14 assist out of 54 games for Accra Hearts of Oak. He also helped the club win the MTN FA cup, Ghana premier league and qualified for the CAF champions league tournament.

The fantastic Afriyie Barnieh wants to join other clubs in Ghana and across Africa and Europe. Due to that, he has refused to extend his contract with Accra Hearts of Oak when it expires in December. But the management of Accra Hearts of Oak are still negotiating with him to extend the contract.
Will Daniel Afriyie Barnieh change his mind to extend the contract?? Or he will continue his move in joining a different club. We will all get to know after his initial contract expires in December.
