Reports indicate that Ghanaian actress Fella Makafui has vacated the home she shared with her husband, rapper Medikal, and their child. The news was shared through a Facebook post by media personality Caleb Nii Boye, who also urged the public to stop accusing Fella’s mother of practicing juju (witchcraft) in her daughter’s marital home.
Boye’s post stated, “Fella has packed out of the house but manners who see her mum and accuse her of doing juju in her in-law’s house should stop it. Not cool.”
Additionally, videos have been circulating on social media showing a large truck outside the property, likely used to move belongings. The living situation of Fella and Medikal during their ongoing divorce has been contentious, with various rumors and reports adding to the tension.
Blogger Gossip 24 reported that Fella’s cousin, Yayra, had been living in Medikal’s house based on a business agreement between the couple. Medikal allegedly demanded that Yayra, who had lived with them for over two years, leave the house, which intensified the conflict between him and Fella. In response, Fella involved the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to investigate Medikal, further escalating their dispute.

Ownership of the residence has also become a heated issue. Medikal claims he solely financed the property but included Fella’s name for their daughter’s benefit. Fella, however, disputes this, citing her contributions during their marriage and indicating her intent to prove her claim in court. Documents related to their land and house have surfaced on social media, prompting the Nungua Stool to verify their authenticity.
In a press statement dated May 18, 2024, Fella announced the amicable end of her four-year marriage to Medikal, expressing disappointment over his public airing of grievances, which she says has tarnished her reputation. She confirmed their decision to dissolve the marriage months earlier, pending customary divorce rites, and her plan to pursue legal action to safeguard her and her daughter’s welfare.
Medikal has publicly declared his readiness to finalize the divorce once his ring and drinks are returned. Recently, he took to social media to accuse Fella of abuse, infidelity, and privacy invasion by her family, claiming these issues forced him to share his side of the story. This came after he alleged Fella reported him to the police.
