Hajia Rahmatu Tahwee Sheikh Sharubutu, the spouse of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, has passed away.
Her demise occurred on Wednesday, March 27, although the exact cause has not been disclosed.
Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia expressed his condolences to the Chief Imam and the Muslim community in Ghana through a Facebook post. He also offered prayers for her eternal rest.
