Popular Ghanaian singer Efya Nokturnal expressed her dismay at the misunderstandings and assumptions surrounding her brand.
In a series of tweets on Monday, July 31, the “Super Super” singer addressed some pending issues and clarified her efforts that were being ridiculed.
Efya emphasized her dedication to giving her best in everything she does, ensuring the delivery of quality music and unforgettable experiences. Her commitment to her craft remains steadfast and unwavering.
“It is disheartening to be ridiculed based on misunderstandings and assumptions. I hope this thread provides clarity and sheds light on the intricacies of the music industry. Let us focus on celebrating each other’s achievements rather than perpetuating unnecessary controversies,” a tweet reads.
Her twitter posts were possibly a response to viral comments by artiste manager, Bulldog that Efya and R2Bees don’t share international stages with Nigerian artiste, Wizkid despite being close friends with him.
“As an artist, I have a multifaceted career that encompasses my own music, projects, and obligations. While I value my friendship and artistic connection with Wizkid, I also have my own aspirations and commitments in the music industry. It is essential to strike a balance and prioritize professional growth and individual endeavours (sic).
