Rema, a well-known Nigerian singer, has denied rumours that he is a part of the Illuminati, a clandestine organization that is often assumed to be linked to the entertainment industry.

On his Instagram Stories, Rema called on his supporters to educate each other about him and his origins. He noted that he has been putting a lot of hard work in for quite a while.

He proclaimed that his accomplishments were not the result of any extraordinary power, but rather from the diligent effort he has put in for an extended period of time.

Rema declared, “Hey folks who have been part of the Ravers scene for a while, can you help me inform the newbies? If they were to take a few minutes to do some research, they’d get better understanding of me, such as my roots, the colors associated with my background, and the birds that soar in the skies of Benin at night.

I am constantly changing and improving my craft, so don’t forget who I am. It is why I do interviews. All the nonsense about “Illuminati” is complete rubbish. I put so much work into my art and don’t want it to be overshadowed by something sinister. Let’s put an end to it. Jesus is King.

In the entertainment industry, it is not uncommon to hear stories and gossip about famous people, like the unfounded claim that Rema joined the Illuminati.
