Mark Okraku-Mantey to contest the Ayensuano Parliamentary primary

Hon. Mark Okraku-Mantey, the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture, has taken a significant step towards contesting the Ayensuano seat for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) by picking up nomination forms on Friday, July 14, 2023.

With the intention of reclaiming the seat for the NPP, Mr. Mark Okraku-Mantey expressed his gratitude to the constituents for their support and shared his vision for the community.

Following the 2020 elections, the opposition party New Democratic Congress (NDC) currently holds the Ayensuano seat, having secured it from Samuel Ayeh-Paye.

In the upcoming 2024 general elections, Hon. Okraku-Mantey will face off against fellow party member Samuel Ayeh-Paye in a bid to represent Ayensuano.
