Manchester United and Chelsea have reached an agreement for the transfer of Mason Mount.
The deal is valued at £60 million, with potential add-ons of £5 million included, according to Sky Sports News. As part of the agreement, Manchester United has proposed a five-year contract to the English international, with an additional one-year option.
It appears that Mason Mount, a player currently under contract at Stamford Bridge, has one year remaining on his contract and has expressed a desire to join Erik ten Hag’s team.
Manchester United had previously made three bids for Mount, but they were rejected by his current Premier League club.
However, the latest offer from Manchester United has now been accepted by Chelsea. This suggests that Mount may be on the verge of transferring to Manchester United.
