Rapper Jude Abaga aka MI Abaga praised Davido’s 30BG performance as one of the finest forms of love expression he has experienced.
To honor their idol, who was unable to celebrate his birthday due to the death of his son, his followers decided to organize a performance in his honor in November.
The performance was shifted from November 25 to December 1, with organizers noting that a large number of individuals unexpectedly indicated interest in purchasing tickets to the event in order to make it memorable.
The ‘Davido Fans Concert 2022’ at Wonderland, Eko Energy City, Victoria Island Lagos, was an unforgettable experience.
The all-night party, co-hosted by BBNaija’s Neo and Do2tun the hypeman and sponsored by Pepsi, saw various famous Nigerian music musicians perform.
Zlatan Ibile, Mayorkun, Bella Shmurda, Peruzzi, MayD, and Victor AD were among them.
Upcoming talents were also given the opportunity to demonstrate their admiration for Davido through their skill.
One of the event’s highlights was when the large crowd paid their respects to the singer’s late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, as a photo of him with his parents was shown on the screen.
Seeing how massive the event of the night turned out, MI Abaga also now known as The Guy hailed the fans’ love for Davido who he described as a deserving and kind soul.
