The founder and CEO of Wonda World Estates and Petronia City Development Company Ltd, Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar, claims that all he had to start his real estate business was a plot of land.
Cheddar, commonly known as Freedom Caesar, is the son of Ghanaian business magnate Nana Kwame Bediako and a nephew of accomplished petroleum and real estate investor Kwaku Ofosu Bediako. His wealth and philanthropic work make Cheddar a well-known figure. He has been questioned about how he got started and where he got his money.

During a presentation at the Ghana CEO Summit, Cheddar shared his experiences as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his experience, Cheddar says that he developed the idea to go into real estate after he was able to build two houses on one piece of land. As a result, “Kwarleyz Residence” was born.
Cheddar advised young Ghanaians to persevere and work hard to achieve their dreams. Among Ghana’s wealthiest men, Cheddar has a 40-apartment residence in the Airport Residential Area that is one of the most talked-about in the country.
