The National Health Students Association of Ghana Alumni congratulated the newly elected Executives and gave them some guidance for their new roles.
Franklin Nyanzu, Phanuel Seli, and Dr. Frank Amoakohene, all former union presidents, were in attendance.
Dr. Frank Amoakohene counseled the leaders to be firm and determined in order to foster unity and rebrand the Union.
He stressed the need for and significance of the union in resolving the periodic disagreements and miscommunications between the health professions, which have long given the health fraternity a bad reputation.
“There shouldn’t be any difficulty whatsoever for us all to work as professionals latter after school If we are able work together and corporate whiles schooling” he stated.
On behalf of the Alumni, Dr. Frank Amoakohene vows to grant the newly chosen leadership GHC 5,000 to begin their administration with.
The newly elected leaders thanked the Alumni for their support and advice and urged them to be accessible at all times.
