Key grievances highlighted include allegations of unfair labor practices contrary to Ghana’s labor laws and the Human Resource Manual for Public Services, violations of SSNIT regulations, poor corporate governance practices, and perceived administrative injustices in staff recruitment, placement, and promotion.
The staff expressed serious concerns about potential further harm and reputational damage under Attafuah’s continued tenure, stressing a loss of trust and confidence in his administration. They argue that his dismissal is necessary to restore staff morale, rebuild confidence, and safeguard the Authority’s reputation.
