MP Akwasi Acquah from Akim Oda shared shocking details about why South Dayi’s MP Dafeamekpor screamed loudly during a disorderly Parliament session.
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, Acquah alleged that in the midst of the parliamentary commotion, an unnamed MP concealed themselves under a table and abruptly groped Dafeamekpor’s balls, causing him to scream loudly.
“During the chaos, one of the MPs crawled on the floor and went under the table, but I didn’t understand why. He squeezed the’balls” of Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor forcing him to scream. Unfortunately, the cameras didn’t catch it,” Acquah stated.
Chaos broke out in Ghana’s Parliament late Thursday night as lawmakers clashed during a heated confrontation, leading to damage of furniture and a physical fight.
The tense meeting, intended to vet the new ministerial appointments, rapidly spiraled into disorder as MPs pushed and shoved, causing destruction to tables and microphones. The situation escalated to such an extent that police had to be summoned to restore order.

Disputes among the vetting committee members intensified the chaos, with accusations exchanged between opposing factions. Some MPs accused their opposition colleagues of intentionally dragging out the process to settle political grievances, which escalated tensions in the chamber.
