An Okada rider 21-years-of-age who supposedly burglarized a passerby’s cell phone close to the Ghana Police Administration central command has been condemned to 15 years detainment by an Accra Circuit Court.
Emmanuel Waki, otherwise called Pocket is said to have committed the demonstration when the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare along with his guardians and the Police Supervisory crew had gotten back from observational group obligations on December 19, 2022, and entering the Police base camp.
