President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on Ghanaians to reject former President John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), in the upcoming 2024 general elections.

During a speech at a mini rally in Doboro, Greater Accra region, he expressed his lack of confidence in Mr. Mahama’s ability to develop the country.

This address followed his visit to the premises of Blue Skies Limited, where he encouraged those who have not yet registered for the electoral roll to participate in the Limited Voter registration exercise.

“The registration has started. I urge all persons yet to register to do so. Your vote is your power,” he emphasized.

“I can’t hand over to someone I defeated twice and who is not happy with everything I do. He will destroy the work that I have done.

“Vote for Dr. Bamwua. I have worked with him for the past seven and a half years. I have confidence in him. I know he can continue the good work,” he concluded.
