Ghanaian Universal Boxing Organization (UBO) All – Africa Welterweight champion Sampson Segbedzi (7-0, 6 KOs) is ready for what will in all likelihood be his toughest assignment to date.
On October 28 the 24-year-old budding star defends his title for the first time against fellow countryman Isaac Aryee
(27-10, 25 KOs).
The highly anticipated fight will headline a card promoted by Box Office Sports Promotions at the 40.000 capacity Accra
Sports Stadium.
Considered one of the most promising young fighters in Africa, Segbedzi won the UBO All-Africa title when he made quick work of Victus Kemavor last March.

In that fight it was clear that he is ready to be tested, and hard -punching former Ghanaian and West African champion Aryee is more than willing to provide that test.
Confident that he is too experienced and hits too hard for the champion, Aryee is coming off a victory in July, and is determined to show that he is too much, too soon for Segbedzi, and relieve him of his belt.
This is a classic crossroads battle between the young up-and-comer and the battle-tested veteran. Both have dynamite in their fists, and it is bound to be a thrilling shoot-out.
