Ghanaian dancehall sensation Stonebwoy has clarified the reasons behind his absence from the AfroNation event scheduled in Detroit, USA on Sunday, August 20, 2023.

It’s worth noting that earlier reports circulating on social media suggested that Stonebwoy’s absence might have been influenced by a silent rivalry between Ghanaian and Nigerian artists, which was allegedly orchestrated by Nigerian gatekeepers. However, Stonebwoy’s clarification statement focused solely on the change in his set time as the cause of his absence.
