Ghanaian music sensation Stonebwoy has achieved a significant milestone by making his debut appearance on the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs Chart. His track titled ‘Life & Money’, featuring Stormzy, debuted impressively at the 47th position on the chart.
The song ‘Life & Money’ serves as the flagship track from Stonebwoy’s 2023 album “5TH Dimension”. This recent achievement follows closely on the heels of the artist’s successful unveiling of a remix of the same track, this time featuring collaboration with US rapper Russ.
This accomplishment is the latest in a series of successes for Stonebwoy. Just a few months prior, his 17-track album “5Th Dimension” secured an impressive 8th position on the Billboard World Reggae Album chart, a remarkable feat achieved shortly after the album’s release.

What’s even more remarkable is that this achievement marked the first time a Ghanaian album has reached such heights on the reggae charts. The ranking was determined by a blend of various metrics, including traditional album sales, track equivalent albums, and streaming metrics for both audio and video.
Stonebwoy has not been a stranger to Billboard recognition. In 2017, his acclaimed album “Epistles Of Mama (EOM)” found a place on the Billboard World Album Chart, showcasing his growing international influence. Additionally, in 2020, his single ‘Nominate’ secured a spot on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart.
This recent feat further solidifies Stonebwoy’s position as a prominent figure in the global music industry. In May 2023, his collaboration with Stormzy, ‘Life & Money’, also achieved significant recognition by claiming the 14th spot on the Official UK Afrobeats Chart, marking yet another step in his successful journey.
