An unsuspecting young woman fooling around with a stuffed baby has been caught on camera begging for alms on the streets of Lagos.

Footage shared online shows the moment the beggar, holding a baby, approached passengers in a private car and asked for their help.

The passengers immediately suspected that the baby was fake and asked the beggar to show the child’s face.

The beggar was reluctant to comply, but they insisted they wanted to see the baby’s face before giving him the money.

The beggar then removed the clothes covering the baby to show that there were only clothes underneath.
