In an official statement, the Ministry recommended people who normally use the impacted roadways to look for alternate parking sites and routes during this time.
This instruction intends to improve overall security and coordination of the National Farmers’ Day celebrations by streamlining traffic flow.
“Staff and clients of affected government institutions are kindly requested to park at either Independence Square or Afua Sutherland Park. The Ghana Police Service will be deployed to provide adequate security, ensuring the safety of vehicles parked in these designated areas.” part of the communique stated.
