The Avenor Traditional Area representative of Volta Tertiary Queen beauty pageant 2021, Miss. Asafo Frances Bubune with stage name, Bubune visited Akatsi as part of her task for this month.
Bubune and her team started the day with a Clean-up exercise at the Akatsi Main Market with the help of the Municipal Zoomlion workers.
After two hours of intensive cleanup, the team later moved to Akatsi Senior High Technical School to deliver a talk on COVID-19. The team was warmly welcomed by the school authorities, after a short interaction, the team moved to the auditorium and Miss Bubune educated the students on the causes and preventive measures of the deadly virus. It was later followed with an interactive Question and Answer session . A donation of Nose masks and hand sanitizers was made to the students.
The session was later concluded with exclusive photoshoots with students and staffs.
