Black Stars captain Jordan Ayew is currently in active negotiations to join the Championship side Blackburn Rovers as the 2026/2027 season begins to unfold.
The striker has been without a club since his contract with Leicester City expired, following their disappointing relegation at the end of the 2025/2026 campaign.
Despite being a free agent, Ayew has demonstrated his professional commitment by maintaining his fitness levels through training sessions at Nania Park in Ghana, where he has been spotted working out alongside notable players such as Mubarak Wakaso and his brother, Andre Dede Ayew.
