Justin Frimpong Kodua secured a sweeping victory in a fiercely contested election, polling 4,486 votes to retain his position as the party's chief scribe.

His primary challenger, Sylvester Tetteh, a former Member of Parliament for Ngleshie Amanfro, finished in second place with 1,340 votes.

Other contenders in the General Secretary race included Eugene Boakye Antwi, who received 162 votes, and Dr. Charles Dwamena, who polled 126 votes.

Yakubu defeated five other aspirants in the contest. His closest opponent was Clement Opoku Gyamfi, who gathered 631 votes.

Other candidates included Michael Osei Boateng with 78 votes, former Deputy National Youth Organiser Chris Lloyd Nii Kwei Asamoah with 46 votes, Vera Oye Bram-Larbi with 44 votes, and Alfred Kumi Ababio who polled 25 votes.

Following the conclusion of voting at Baba Yara Sports Stadium, the newly installed national leadership emphasized post-election reconciliation and intra-party unity.
